What we built, for whom, and what it does
A case appears here only once it is running and the client puts their name to it. That means this list is short and grows slowly.
Rene's Autoservice
Every customer's maintenance history lived in a workbook with one spreadsheet tab per registration plate. Alongside it sat a website that knew nothing about any of it.
Now: a file per vehicle with the national vehicle register's data in it, a customer portal where the owner sees their own history, a workshop calendar, invoicing, and MOT reminders the system sends itself. The complete history from the old workbook came across.
- Sector · car workshop and tuning
- Built · public site, customer portal, workshop administration, invoicing, reminders
- Migrated · the maintenance history from the old workbook
- Saves · 318 hours a year — forty working days, some €12,000 in capacity (the owner's own estimate)
- Live since · August 2026
Why there is only one
Werkritme has only existed since August 2026. What has been delivered and is running since then is above — and that is all of it. We do not pad this page with jobs still in progress, with work from before Werkritme, or with „a client in logistics” with no name. That last one is the usual trick and it says nothing.
If you want to see what else we build, the processes are written out under examples. Those are typical scenarios with real prices, not client cases — and they say so.
Would you rather call a reference yourself? Ask in the first conversation. That is worth more than any quote on a website, ours included.
Start with one process
Tell us which work gets retyped most often at your company. If automating it turns out to be a bad idea, you will hear that in the first conversation — before there is an invoice.
The first conversation is free and without obligation. Want it substantiated? The Automation Check is €295 — deducted if you have us build within 30 days.
