Start small, measure first, expand later
We do not deliver a transformation but one working process. Without a measurement beforehand we cannot demonstrate afterwards what it delivered — and then all you have is our opinion.
From question to a process that demonstrably works
The first two steps decide whether the rest goes ahead. That is deliberate: it is cheaper to conclude in step two that it is not worth it than in step six.
Look
Is this problem worth automating? We listen to what keeps coming back, which systems are involved, and whether there is a pattern in it.
20–30 minutes · freeMeasure
How often, how many minutes, how many errors. Without these figures any statement about return is an opinion. You get a substantiated recommendation, including the recommendation to build nothing.
Automation Check €295 · Scan €595Design
Which part can run on fixed rules, and where is interpretation needed? Everything that can be done with rules is done with rules. We use AI only where a person would otherwise have had to read or judge.
Part of the buildBuild
Integrations, workflow and error handling. We build the exceptions first, not last — that is where automations normally come apart.
1–6 weeks, depending on scopeTest
With your own data and your own edge cases. We explicitly try to break the process before it goes into production.
IncludedGo live
Taken into use in a controlled way. For the first weeks an extra check runs alongside, which you wind down yourself once you trust it.
After your approvalMeasure again
Did it actually save time? We put the new figures next to the baseline from step two. Including when it disappoints.
After 4 to 6 weeksImprove
Only build further once business value has been demonstrated. If not, it stops here and you keep what is running.
OngoingWhat happens in step two
This is not a sales conversation with a report wrapped around it. It is real work: walking through your process step by step, counting what happens, and working out whether it is worth the build and maintenance costs.
We deliberately also speak to whoever does the work. They know where it really goes wrong, and that is rarely where management thinks it goes wrong.
An Automation Check covers one process. If you want to weigh several against each other, the Automation Scan is the right step.
- The process mapped step by step
- Frequency, minutes per instance and error rate counted
- Which part can be automated and which part cannot
- Costs and payback period, including maintenance
- The exceptions we found, and how we would handle them
- An explicit recommendation: build or do not build
- A report that is yours, even if you buy nothing further
What we do not do
A short list saves you and us a conversation. We build integrations and maintain them — we do not take over your IT management.
- No replacing packages. We do not touch your ERP or CRM except to connect to it. A migration is a different trade.
- No workplace management or helpdesk. That is what an MSP is for. We sit in your processes, not in your laptops.
- No standalone chatbots. A chatbot on your website rarely solves an administrative problem.
- No standalone websites or marketing. Others are better at that. If a system needs a public side we build that along with it, but a site without a process behind it is not our trade.
- No promises of 80% savings. We measure beforehand and report what it actually became, including when that disappoints.
Start with one process
Tell us which work gets retyped most often at your company. If automating it turns out to be a bad idea, you will hear that in the first conversation — before there is an invoice.
The first conversation is free and without obligation. Want it substantiated? The Automation Check is €295 — deducted if you have us build within 30 days.
