Small, and staying that way
Werkritme was set up to do one thing well: take repetitive administrative work out of smaller companies. No broad digital services, no growth plan towards fifty people.
Why small is a choice
You speak to the person who also builds. There is no account manager in between promising something delivery has to make good on later, and no junior learning what a partial delivery is at your expense.
It also means we do not take everything on. If a job falls outside what we do, or the volume is too small, we say so and point you elsewhere. That is cheaper for you in the long run and more pleasant for us.
Who you are dealing with
Werkritme is Jeffrey. Eleven years of senior IT: programming, development and tying systems together at companies that did not have the people for it themselves.
What stands out over those eleven years is how often the same pattern returns. It is not that companies have the wrong software — usually it is fine. But between two perfectly good packages sits a person retyping data, and that is precisely the work nobody was hired to do.
That is why Werkritme exists, and also why the offering is so narrow. There is enough work in that one gap between the systems.
