What it costs, before you call
Most suppliers in this market say „price on request” and put a discovery fee in front of the conversation. Our ranges are on this page. What it becomes for you follows from the Automation Check — but you can tell right now whether we are in your range at all.
Four bands, by scope and complexity
A range, not a quote. Where a process lands depends on the number of formats, the number of exceptions and how reachable your systems are.
from €995
1 to 2 weeks. One source, one destination, few exceptions.
from €1,750
2 to 4 weeks. A recognisable process with rules and a handful of edge cases.
from €4,500
4 to 6 weeks. Several systems, a translation table, real exception handling.
from €8,500
6 weeks or more. Order intake and anything where the exceptions differ per company.
Maintenance, and why it is not compulsory
An automation that nobody watches breaks silently. An API changes, a format shifts, a mailbox fills up. Maintenance means we watch it, fix it and report monthly on what went through and what did not.
It is not compulsory. If you would rather do it yourself, you get the workflow, the source code, the documentation and the instructions for deployment and recovery. We charge half a day once for the handover.
Included in the maintenance fee is the infrastructure we manage. If your process uses an external service — a language model, an OCR service, a paid API — we discuss those costs in advance and estimate monthly usage. Where possible you work with your own accounts and keys: you see exactly what you use, pay the supplier directly, and there is no margin from us in between.
- Monitor — €95 per month. Watching, alerting, and we fix what breaks on our side.
- Care — €195 per month. Plus small changes and a monthly report.
- Managed — €395 per month. Plus keeping up with changes on the supplier side.
- Business — €695 per month. Several processes, higher volume, priority.
Amounts exclude VAT. Dutch VAT rules apply; for customers outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT number, VAT is reverse-charged.
The assessment costs money, on purpose
The first conversation is free. But the real work — walking through your process, counting and calculating — costs money, and that is a deliberate choice.
Everyone in this market offers a free scan. A free scan has to earn itself back from the job that follows it, which is why the conclusion is usually written in advance. You get a list of opportunities that happens to match what that firm likes to build.
Because we are paid for the investigation, we can also say no. We can advise leaving two of three processes exactly as they are, or conclude that your volume is too low. That advice is then worth just as much as advice to build.
An Automation Check costs €295 and covers one process. An Automation Scan costs €595 and weighs up to three against each other. If you have us build within thirty days, the Check is deducted in full — so you only pay for it if the answer is no, or if you do nothing with it.
Start with one process
Tell us which work gets retyped most often at your company. If automating it turns out to be a bad idea, you will hear that in the first conversation — before there is an invoice.
The first conversation is free and without obligation. Want it substantiated? The Automation Check is €295 — deducted if you have us build within 30 days.
